Cape Cod Travel Guide, Spring/Summer 2000 edition
I bought this magazine sometime in the year 2000, prior to October 31, anyway! for $4.76.
I never did manage to get to Cape Cod, and probably never will now, but it's always fun to page through these things and look at the photos.
At least, it used to be. Before the Depression hit (can anyone deny that we're living in a Depression right now? If not monetarily for most people, psychologically?)
Anyway, I'm going to go through the back pages, where the advertisements are, and see if any of the businesses that were advertising there 11 years ago are still in business.
Still in business! Although they sell more than straw hats now. They do have sunglasses, sailbags, sailor shirts, rainboots, and Project Love Muffin.

Still in business, although they apparently used to have 2 stores (according to their website's store locator page, which says, "Visit our 2 stores" but has only one address) and now they have only one (the same address as the one in the ad.
